A celtic warrior contemplates her continued existence as the lowering sun breaks briefly through the clouds of battle...

Done in Photoshop CS using a Wacom Bamboo tablet.

I used an awesome stock reference photo from :iconchonastock: for the head: [link]
So thanks a lot for that.

I wanted to get more of a sense of it being a fantasy image so for reference for the body I used a photo of Kiera Knightley from King Arthur that I found on the net.

The textured paper background is from :iconcoyotemax: and I would advise everyone to go take a look at them.
