The Unknowne Lands
It was said by the lowly and lordly alike
that the fog and the mists and the lands set adrift
would eternally sail
till the warring was done.
Till the lands and the kings numbered one.
Done in Photoshop CS with a Wacom Bamboo tablet.
In an effort to force myself back into getting something done I spent the last few days finishing this map. There are a few bits and bobs I'm not particularly happy about (and will probably fix when I'm not sick of the sight of it) but for now I'm reasonably pleased with it.
The pieces of poem at either side are not sequential, rather they are two excerpts from an imaginary tale about the island, one taken from near the beginning and one from near the end.
